A registered nurse can visit your home and help you:
- Understand you Asthma medications and how to use them
- Identify and eliminate Asthma triggers in your home
- Communicate with your healthcare providers, childcare providers, and school
You may receive:
- Asthma-friendly mattress and pillow covers
- Home air filter
- Professional education to help you/your child live well with Asthma
Free program for all children and adults with current Asthma diagnosis from registered healthcare provider.
